We got a dog!!

Well, technically my sister got a new dog, but she wasn't able to keep him due to allergies her baby had to dog so she gave him to us. Originally his name was Max. A fitting name really, but since I've already had a pet named Max (in this case my cat Maxximus or 'Maxx' for short) I renamed him to Jack. 

At first I tried to say no. Then I agreed to babysit him for the weekend. Honestly, I think for both David and I it was love at first sight. 

I HATE small dogs, but somehow this dogs cuteness won me over. It's especially odd since I have a distinct hatred of Dachsunds as well and Jack is a long-haired Dachsund. 

I love this little guy and am looking forward to including him in our little family.
