We got there and placed our order. As we were waiting suddenly I hear Blizz say something about David and I turn around in time to see him falling to the ground and start seizing. I panicked and thought I was supposed to keep him from biting or swallow his tongue so I shoved the spoon from my Blizzard into his mouth sideways.
He came too after a bit confused and disorientated. I told him he had a seizure but he still looked a bit out of it. By now the staff at DQ had already called 911. After about a minute though, he seized again.
I was trying to hard not to panic, not to cry, not to do anything but just keep him okay. He had bit his lip so he was starting to bleed a bit.
It didn't take long for the ambulance to arrive. They sat David in a booth and was talking to him. They kept mentioning him having passed out, but I kept trying to tell them that he didn't pass out, he seized. Like his whole body went stiff and started convulsing.
Blizz hopped in the car with me and Fang followed in his as we went to the hospital behind the ambulance.
David's anemia had come up and they were adament that was the cause of him passing out. I kept trying to tell them that he seized but they were pretty sure it was just him passing out as well.
David's Mom and Dad showed up. I introduced Blizz as our secret lover. He's not, but I like to mess with his parents. Haha.
I'm kind of certain this was the cause of him vaping his weed pen like a stoner would before we went out. He's been trying to use marijuana to curtail his depression as the medication prescribed to him seems to only be making it worse. When Blizz and Fang came by he brought out the pen to let them try and I think he was trying to show off for them.
Regardless we do need to finally look into his anemia. The last time he went to a hospital over a bug bite they brought up the anemia. Hopefully the anemia could be tied with his depression spills so if we tackle the one it resolves the other.
